Include the context
that matters.
For a new project, tell us which workstation or server concept interests you, the applications you use, your workload and your deployment location. Available power, cooling and rack constraints are useful for server discussions.
For a follow-up, include your existing inquiry reference, if you have one. For a technical question, include the relevant software versions, a short description of the issue and any non-sensitive error details. Add hardware serial numbers or purchase details only if they apply to your request.
ZXO is at the concept-development stage and has not shipped physical systems. Published concepts are not validated products or a basis for a service entitlement.
Project inquiries
We can discuss requirements and the proposed configurations. Final compatibility, availability and delivery terms remain subject to engineering and commercial confirmation.
Service terms
Product warranty terms, RMA procedures, service coverage and response-time commitments have not been announced. This page does not establish a warranty or service-level agreement.
